A Summer Morning Walk Around Hyde Park

This morning took me to three different parks: Central Park in Hyde Park, Hemphill Park, and Waterloo Park.

Since I took a number of photos at each place, each will get their own dedicated park. So let’s start with my trip to Central Park.

As usual, I arrived extra early in the morning to catch the sunrise. Another cloudy morning unfortunately.

The amount of vegetation around the lake gives it a bit of a bayou feel.

There’s only a single bridge across the lake here but I just really liked taking pictures of it.

Rock formations along water are just begging to be crossed. (Signs tell ya not to though.)

Can’t pass up saying “Hi” to our furry friends.

A tree so large, it deserves a plaque.

My favorite photos of the bunch. I tried to be artsy with the second one. Think it came out pretty nice.
